Beth H. Downey, owner of Body Precision Pilates studio, is also the director of the nationally recognized Body Precision Teacher Certification Program for traditional Pilates. Beth has been teaching Pilates for over twelve years and specializes in working with clients who have pain issues. Body Precision is approved as an educational organization with the Pilates Method Alliance.
Kristina Milionta (certified, Excel Movement Studios, Washington, D.C. 2003)

Kristina has been a Pilates addict since 2001. She moved from Alaska in 1998 to study Musical Theatre at Catholic University in Washington D.C. graduating in 2002 with a degree in Music. Kristina studied Pilates at Excel Movement Studios, graduating from their comprehensive teacher training program in 2003. Kristina moved to the Delaware Valley and joined our staff in 2003. Kris has a particular zest for working with those with chronic pain and fatigue but enjoys teaching all levels and ages. “No other form of movement captivates mind, body, and spirit the way Pilates does. It is not just an exercise regimen; it’s a way of life.”

teaches classes for faculty
Swarthmore College. Cathy
continues to study
both Pilates and Anatomy through continuing education

Lenore Denbin
(certified February 2006, Body Precision Pilates Studio,
Rosemont, PA)
Lenore’s Pilates experience began with Body Precision as a client when the studio first opened in 1995. An avid fitness enthusiast and runner, Lenore was looking to add another dimension to her exercise program after delivering her first baby. She became an immediate devotee of the Pilates method and continued practicing throughout her next pregnancy, making Pilates a primary part of her fitness routine.
After Lenore’s two boys were both in school, she made the jump from client to teacher, graduating from Body Precision in February 2006 with a Full Certification. Lenore enjoys working with all different populations and strives to make a program unique to her client’s needs. Lenore grew up on Long Island and graduated with a B.A. from New York University. While living in New York, Lenore worked as a special events planner for ESPN in New York and also worked as a business writer.

Susan Gore (certified May 2006, Body

Susan came to the Pilates method through a background of sports, gymnastics and dance. She began dance study in earnest for the past 15 years and it was through dance that she came into contact with people who recommended Pilates to her. "They said that I would love Pilates, and that is true! Pilates puts everything in perspective for me. It has helped me in sports, dance and fitness."

Krystyna Wiercioch (certified, May 2007, Body Precision Inc., Rosemont, PA)
Krystyna has
successfully completed Body Precision’s Teacher
Certification. She holds B.A.'s in Mathematics and Dance, and a
Master's in Educational Foundations & Dance Education. Pilates
began as an essential addition to her dance background where she
fell in love with the choreography, mastery and logic
implemented by Joe to design such a physical art form. Krystyna's love of teaching and kinesiology is apparent in
her instruction and care for the individual client. She also
remains an ongoing student to the discoveries of body awareness.

Kelly is proud to be the first and only Master Pilates Specialist of Pre/Postpartum Pilates, who is solely dedicated to Prenatal and Postpartum PILATES for pregnant and recovering mothers. She is trained to teach programs specifically designed to encourage body awareness to improve the health and wellbeing of her prenatal and postpartum clients.
Kelly is the owner of Belly Pilates, www.bellypilates.com The goal and passion of Belly Pilates is to teach holistic mind-body exercise that improves the overall health of the client, their bodies, and their lives. Kelly is dedicated to nurturing the body and soul to help you feel and look your best. Belly Pilates as founded with the goal of helping women feel strong, healthy, energized, and balanced throughout the childbearing years. Kelly offers private, semi-private, and small group Prenatal and Postpartum programs.

Amanda Mitchell

Studio Manager, Teresa Di Campli, is a graduate of Cabrini College located in Radnor, PA. Her past experiences before coming to Body Precision in 2002 include being an owner of a successful construction company, raising three children and taking art, computer and web design classes. Recently completing Reiki Level I & II Workshops. In the studio, Teresa manages client and student accounts, administers tests and materials for the certification programs and updates the studio's website.
