Privates will teach you how to work with integrity to meet your goals and also prepare you for classes.
Privates are required for those clients who are injured or in pain. Learn how to move to a pain-free life.

Zoom mat classes
We are now offering a wide variety of ZOOM Mat Classes for all levels. These classes will be taken from the comfort of your home and there are many creative classes to choose from. If you are unavailable at the time of the class, we are also offering recordings so you can take the class at a time more convenient for you.
The Mat work is an excellent way to increase your strength especially your core while toning the legs, hips and buttocks.

Reformer Classes utilize the Universal Reformer, designed by Joseph Pilates to support the back while strengthening the body. The exercises are progressive and allow the muscles to work efficiently with the spring resistance. Feel your body become strong, flexible and toned!

pilates pole/tower classes
Pole Classes utilize the "Cadillac" system developed by Joseph Pilates as his premier piece at the time. Focus is on opening the chest, shoulders and back while strengthening the core and legs. The spring resistance helps create balance and tone with increased flexibility.
Due to the pandemic we have put a temporary hold on in-house pole/tower classes and hope to slowly bringing them back to the studio on a very small scale.

Get an all-around great workout in this class. Get an opportunity to work out on the various pilates pieces, including Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and the Barrels. This class will provide variety while strengthening your core, improving flexibility and toning your muscles.

pilates/yoga fusion classes
This is a total body and mind workout that blends the best of Yoga and Pilates. A combination of poses, exercises and breathwork strengthens the body, enhances flexibility and provides a unique exercise experience.
This class pays particular attention to building strength and endurance of the core postural muscles to gain stability, helping to protect the spine against injury, enhancing posture and creating a fit streamlined shape. All levels welcome.

gyrokinesis classes
Gyrokinesis is a system of exercise derived from yoga, dance, gymnastics and Tai Chi. This methodology system artfully and gently works the joints and muscles through rhythmic and undulating exercises. The fluid movements help develop neuromuscular coordination while increasing core strength and flexibility.
All exercises are done on a chair, on a mat, or standing and breath and intention are emphasized throughout the class creating a deep sense of body awareness and a more energized and calm mind.
